RETURNS & SHIPPING POLICIES

RETURN POLICY

“Changed Mind” or “Ordered by Mistake” will not be accepted as returns. Please be sure to double check the quantity, diameter, lengths, and type of lashes that you are ordering. Our return policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the arrival of your items.


Refund Requirements:

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:  

- Product is defective. 

- Product is unused in original packaging.


In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. 


Proof of Purchase  

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.  


Sale and Clearance Items  

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.  


Return Shipping 

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. You will then be sent a pre-paid return shipping label which you will apply to the original packaging and bring to the appropriate shipping carrier (UPS, DHL, or USPS). You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged on arrival or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund. Once the package arrives back to our HQ, you will be issued a refund to the original payment method.

SHIPPING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to monitor the progress of your shipment and expected delivery date to make sure you are able to receive the package on the day of expected delivery. The Lash Ritual LLC is not responsible for stolen packages.


You can access the most up to date tracking information via the carrier USPS.com or UPS.com. If you have questions about the location of your order, please contact USPS or UPS. The Lash Ritual is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been marked as “Delivered” but is not in your possession, an official missing package investigation must be completed with the shipping carrier first before any replacement will be sent.  


US & Puerto Rico Shipping

Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped within 24 hours. 

Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).

International orders will be completed through PayPal and shipped via UPS or DHL. 


The Lash Ritual is not responsible for additional Customs Fees. Any duties due at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the receiving customer. Please contact your local Customs Office for more information regarding Import Duties for your area. If duties are refused at time of delivery by the receiving customer, the package will be abandoned and the customer will NOT receive a refund.
